"Take me out to the ball game,
Take me out with the crowd.
Buy me some peanuts and cracker jack,
I don't care if I never get back,
Let me root, root, root for the home team,
If they don't win it's a shame.
For it's one, two, three strikes, you're out,
At the old ball game."
Bill was excited to tell Noah about the many Cubs games he attended with his dad and brothers as a child. This was the first baseball game we've taken Noah and the twins to, and I know Bill is looking forward to taking his sons to many more.
We treated my Dad to a Salt Lake Bees minor league baseball game for his birthday, and Billy arranged to have his name put up in lights! I think Dad was impressed -- I said, "Oh, I think you should look up there." (at the scoreboard) , and there his name was along with a "Happy Birthday" announcement over the P.A.!
