During our visit to Indiana, we visited the Hesston Steam Museum. The boys were in awe of all of the trains, and really enjoyed their 4 train rides!
The 6 cousins, Jacob (3), Derek (7), Aaron (10), and Noah (5), Nate & Hayden (2).
The museum had acres of property with lots of tracks running through woods and fields. It was a lot of fun riding the trains big & small through such beautiful scenery! Can'tcha hear the whistle blowing?
They made fresh apple cider on site, and our kids loved it! Nate couldn't stop eating the free apples, and he ate at least 2... that we saw!
The twins yelled "All aboard!" and smiled. Noah was especially fond of a little steam engine that he insisted on waiting to ride at the end. Turns out the engineer bought the wheels and then machined the rest himself over 10 years. Noah said he would like to do that too.
