July 24, Pioneer Day is a State Holiday in Utah. Every year we enjoy Butlerville Days in our neighborhood, starting with a parade at 4 o'clock and then bounce house/slide madness! This year, the Powells (Krista, Ella, Greta & Charlie) joined us. Krista and I faired pretty well with all 6 kids.It was a hot one, and Noah was glad the fire department was spraying their hose off of their ladder truck to help cool off! The fireworks at dusk are the best around! Bill went off to find kettle corn & glow sticks for the kids just in time for the start of the show.
