One hot July day, we were treated to a day at Farm Country in Thanksgiving Point by Grandpa & Grandma. We rode on a hayride, checked out the petting zoo, fed ducks and rode ponies. Despite the serious hayride faces in that last picture, we really did have a fun time. I took these pics with our new Canon powershot (point & shoot) which is frustrating me... I can handle an SLR, but give me a simple point & shoot camera and I don't know what to do. The camera is busy searching for faces and I just want it to take the picture! Oh well, it's our first... there's a learning curve ;)
