Today was Noah's first day of Summer Camp at the Montessori Community School. He loved it. In a cool twist of fate, my cousin Kate (visiting from Mexico) is one of his teachers for two of the three sessions. To have his Aunt Lisa and now Kate there is just great! He was so excited and seemed so proud to be at his new school, I don't think he could've stopped smiling if he tried. His friend Ella was there to greet him on the playground this morning, and that helped him dive right in. After they played for about 5 minutes, she told him "Noah, you should follow me wherever I go." Very cute... I think they'll be great friends.
Auntie Lisa checked in on his classroom during the day and said all the girls wanted to be around Noah, and all she heard was "where's Noah, where's Noah?".
I guess it starts early...
A review of the day which I learned only after a lengthy interrogation...
During quiet time he didn't have a blanket along, so he had to lay on a "hard towel, no fuzz"
He got to play on the playground 3 times!
He loved to build with the pyramid blocks!
He didn't pet the resident bunny "bun bun" yet because she might scratch.
I asked him of all the kids he'd met today, who did he want to be friends with and he answered
"Everybody"
